Shipping Times (updated 03/08/2024

**shipping time for March madness sale. We are behind on orders and are slammed, orders should go out in 4-6 days **
Orders should go out within 2-4 days of ordering. Shorter if there is no sale, longer if there is one. Sundays do not count.

If you order items not part of the sale, they have to be ordered and that will add time before it ships, usually 2-3 days.

We are seeing increased shipping times taking longer and longer for USPS and FedEx. We DO NOT guarantee a delivery time.

Orders ship together, however orders may be broken up depending on the size of the order.

We are not combing orders.

California Magazine sales

Until the Stay is lifted, no HICAP Magazines will be sent to California, and orders with them will be voided.

Returns/Cancellations

please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, or offer you a refund, less 25% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 30 % open box fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee (totaling 55%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging. A 30% fee will also if the item is used to claim a promotion before the item is returned.

Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
   1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications, incl
   2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
   3. Firearms, once transferred to buyer.
   4. Illumination devices, electronic sights, red dots, optics and night vision equipment.
5. Magazines or other items that have to be special purchased

NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.

Cancellations:

If your is canceled on the day that it is placed before the batch closes (usually between 2pm-4pm) we can cancel the order with no fee.

If the order has already been processed, there will be a 10% cancellation fee.

If It has already been through shipping and packed up, there will be no cancellations.

Local Pickups/ Walki ns

Local Pickups and Walk in's have been suspended at this time.

Ammo Returns/Optic/scope/Red Dot Returns

All ammunition must be returned UNOPENED WITH IT SEALS/TAPE INTACT. We will not take ammo back any other way. Ammo Must be returned within 24 hours. The restocking fee applies.

Due to the nature of counterfeit optics/red dots being switched in the return process, absolutely no returns will be accepted for these items. All warranty claims must go through the manufacturer. We will do everything we can to help with any warranty issues, but no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Flat Rate Shipping

To give our customers the best value, we charge flat rate shipping. Items may be combined if the actual shipping charges are considerably different than what was charged. Only time this will change is if Fedex/USPS cant be used, and per store policy a higher rate may have to be charged. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico may be charged a higher shipping rate if a flat rate box cant be used.

Orders under $251 (not including shipping) will not be sent with a signature unless requested. Orders over will be sent with a signature unless requested. If no signature is requested, insurance may not pay for certain issues.

Triggers may be sent with a signature

Once it is shown delivered to the correct address, Schuyler Arms does not take responsibility for stolen packages. Any problems before delivery we will take care of for you. If this is a problem or there have been thefts in your area, please leave a comment requiring signature (additional fees may be charged) or have it shipped to a different location.

General Items: $7.25 for the first item, $1.50 per item after that.
Firearms: $7.50 for the first item, $3 after that.
Ammo: $9 first item, no charge after that

Sales or Holidays may extended this time. All firearms will automatically be upgraded to Express. Please note that the time does not start until we get the receiving FFL information, holidays may extended this time. Saturday and Sundays do not count towards shipping days.

We ship USPS and Fedex. If UPS has to be used, we can do that as well, however shipping may be more and there will be a delay in shipping as we do not have UPS pickups here and will have to send someone to drop it off.

Orders with optics and red dots may be sent with a signature, as well as orders that have different billing and shipping addresses regardless of order amount.

General Firearm Sales

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

Consumer Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. We store some information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information. The entire Checkout process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection.

The Credit Card Billing Information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your credit card transaction. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by us, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. Each transaction has a very high level of security. Your credit card details are sent directly to the payment provider over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction, nor are they stored on our server.

Secure Transmission

All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) featuring 128-bit encryption. A Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate creates an encrypted link between a website and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the website and the browser remains private and secure.

Order Fulfillment

All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

Online Price & Description Errors

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that $dealerName will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

Ammunition Purchases

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.*

Transfers/Purchases requiring an FFL

All purchases of a Firearms must go to an FFL. When putting in your FFL information during check out. That is to let us know what FFL we receive goes to what order. Please have your dealer fax us the FFL at 520-745-0112 or email us at our contact email of chrisschooler@aol.com. We will not call the dealer for you to get the FFL info or hunt them down. If your dealer would like to speak to us before they send it, that is fine, just send us an email or have them call us at 520-245-2375.

Please be aware that it FFL's like to know when you are shipping them a lower. If we already have them on file, we will just send the item out, we will not contact them. You will be sent a shipping confirmation and tracking number that you should forward to them.

If you purchase anything requiring a FFL and it needs to be transferred to California, please message us with a copy of your dealers FFL WITH their CFLC as soon as possible.

All outgoing transfers will come with a copy of our FFL. if your dealer requires special conditions, please let us know before hand.

We ship only to the premise address on the ffl due to carrier restrictions. If this is a problem for your ffl, please let us know beforehand.

Firearms/Itens Sales to Restricted States.

Many States are in a constant state of flux in regards to their firearms laws. Instead of just cutting off those states, we make it the responsibility for the purchaser to know his states rules and what is allowed. If any item is purchased that turns out to be banned/illegal in the receiving state, or you are not allowed to posses due to age or denial on the 4473, will be charged shipping back to us and a 50% restocking fee will be charged.

Backorders

Schuyler Arms proudly only displays live inventory that it has in stock. However, due to heavy traffic or unforeseen circumstances, sometimes a item is sold that has to be placed on backorder or cancelled. All orders are charged the full amount of the order when the order is placed. If an item will take longer than a week to ship, the buyer will be contacted before the order is shipped. The buyer will NEVER be charged an additional shipping fee, and we will honor the price given at the time the item is sold.

Shipping Errors

If a shipping error occurs that is the fault of Schuyler Arms, YOU WILL NEVER be asked to pay for the return postage. However, If a new item is shipped to you and you keep both it and the old item, you will be charged for both the new item as well as ACTUAL shipping on it.

If a shipping error occurs that is the fault of the customer, you will be asked to pay a new shipping fee. This will be the actual cost of shipping the item, not the flat rate shipping rate. When it is returned via the post office, it can take up to 15 bussiness days to be returned. The original package will be sent out to the correct address. We are not liable for any damage that occurs to your order if it is returned to us. After it is returned, if you wish to cancel the order, a restock fee will be applied.

DOUBLE ORDERS: Please after you click place order, give it time to process. If you click multiple times, it will place multiple orders. You will be responsible for these orders and any return shipping and restock fees.

P.O Boxs

We have no problem shipping to P.O Box's. however the shipping charges that you pay are calculated based on the most cost effective way to get it there. If USPS has to be used, Additional charges may apply and the order may be delayed.

Sale Items/Sale pricing and Pricing changes.

We have on going sales to try and bring you the best value. However, we do not offer returns/exchanges on these items except when it is a mistake on our end. In the event that a problems happens, we will work with you as needed to make it right on our end.

Our Sale prices are reflected by the prices we pay. If they go up or down, the sales prices go up and down as well. If the prices go up, we will not ask you to pay more once the order is placed, however, if the price goes down, we will not refund the price difference under any circumstance.

Warranty issues

All warranty issues for products will go through the manufacturer. We will help you contact them, but will not handle the issues for you.

In store pick up

In store pickup is by appointment only. Most major holidays we suspend it for shipping purposes. If it is something you would like to do, please contact us BEFORE placing an order.
